"And one has to understand that braveness is not the absence of FEAR rather the STRENGTH to keep on GOING FORWARD despite the Fear!"

This is my story.
A story of overcoming challenges and unexpected events in life and the need to be strong for ourselves and the people around us.

My name is Rachael. I am a mother of 4 beautiful young kids.

In 2016, I suffered a miscarriage. I was devastated beyond words. A year later, at only 9 months old, my 2nd son was diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia.

Having to go on leading life as usual was extremely difficult. I was constantly worried, anxious and paranoid about life. It really took a toll on my relationships and my mental well-being.

"Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

With faith, prayer and the support of my husband and loved ones around me, I found the strength and courage to overcome my anxieties and fears.

Today, my son is fully recovered and I have learnt to overcome the battles of my mind.

I created this platform to share more about the importance of taking care of our mental health especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

That’s why we built Fearlest.

It is my hope that we can encourage the sharing of stories of people who have overcome mental health challenges as well as the stories of caregivers.

To #befearlest, is to join our community & embrace the ups and downs of life and emerge stronger and victorious.

Our tagline - Live Life Fearlessly!
