The path to a better mental health is not easy, and I believe we all struggle in this aspect. Be it going through anxiety, stress, insomnia, it all adds up. I for sure know what it feels like to be waking up everyday to another mental battle. It's not an easy path, and I know I have come a long way but the results to it are worth it because hell gets nervous the moment I wake up every morning and anxiety will not get hold of me!
