You Don't Have to Be Happy All the Time

My secret to happiness and fulfilment is one question I ask myself every day.

Do you put in a lot of effort on a daily basis? Do you devote all of your efforts to earning a living? Do you feel exhausted at the end of the day?

100% of my happiness = my energy.

Do you have a lot of energy? I'm in a good mood, I'm confident, I'm excited about the future, I've got my chest up, I'm smiling, I'm having fun, and I'm doing whatever I want.

My Tips!
- Our shared humanity is more important than any mental illnesses we may or may not have.

- People around you may not understand your journey at times. They don't have to because it's not for them.

- It's fine You don't have to be happy all of the time, and it's perfectly fine to be sad, angry, irritated, frustrated, scared, or anxious. Having feelings does not imply that you are a negative person. It is what makes you human.
