Having an overprotective and constantly fearful mum doesn't help me to be braver. I have experienced quite a bit to become who I am now.
Being a mother 'build my character' to a different level. I find myself constantly on uphill battle - against the elderly traditional thinking/behaviour, against the society perceptive of how a mother should behave, against....
My greatest wish (and goal in life) is for my daughter to grow up to be an independent girl who is courageous, yet full of empathy.
P/S: Buttercup is a "tough hotheaded tomboy" who loves to get dirty, fights hard and plays rough; she does not plan and is all action. Haha, she is given to me by a friend who thought we have similar character.
